In order to secure a market pitch (3mx3m) we require you to complete the form below. Do not make payment until told to do so.
The market is on Sunday 6th December 2026 from 10am until 3pm and set up will be from 8am on the Sunday morning.
Pitches charges are :-
£50 per 3m x 3m outdoor
£80 per Catering Vehicles
£80 per Fair pitch
£40 per indoor pitch

Cash payments will be accepted at Travel Angels or Wishing Well (both located in Epworth)
When your application has been received and accepted we will be in touch and request your payment to be with us BEFORE 1st August 2026 to guarantee your booking and attendance. As we are a not for profit organisation, no refunds will be given.
Closing date is 1st September 2026, no further applications will be accepted after this date.
You must provide everything you need for your pitch.
Alternatively you can collect a printed form from the Wishing Well or Travel Angels in Epworth, and return it to us there.
